Progressive Home Services LLC, founded in 2007, in Mankato Minnesota is a full service home inspection company assisting home buyers, owners, sellers, and professionals from the real estate, mortgage and construction industries.

Randy King, Owner/Inspector began his young career in the construction field at the age of 14 working for a roofing contractor. He continued working roofing and light construction while attending his early years of college at Minnesota State University. While attending college Randy began expanding his knowledge in construction, building systems and housing inspections. After taking home and building inspection courses and securing his professional certification, Randy began working in home inspections and property assessments.

After securing his initial certification Randy has continued to complete advanced courses for inspection professionals and has received multiple industry designations. He has since developed Progressive Home Services into a well-known and respected home inspection company throughout southern Minnesota which continues to be involved in the communities it serves.

Besides his love for inspections, Randy enjoys: golf, football, fishing, snowboarding, jet-skiing, and spending time with his wife and two children.
